With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Lisa White is a distinguished Realtor affiliated with RE/MAX Allegiance that serves Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. She enjoys helping sellers and buyers with their real estate needs and as a multi-million-dollar producer has earned membership in the RE/MAX Platinum Club.

Lisa believes that ownership is power and it is important to build an economic legacy that will last. At an early age, she learned about entrepreneurship and real estate investing from her family. Having realized her own dreams of homeownership and providing housing for renters in the community as a landlord, Lisa has been able to integrate her experience as a Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) with her B.S. degree in Marketing from George Mason University and her Masters degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland University College, with her passion for real estate.

As  a Seller Agent, Lisa performs historical research and creates a Comparative Market Analysis to help sellers understand how to price their property in the current market. In addition, Lisa creates a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the property and negotiates deals  to reach the seller’s desired net profit.  As a Buyer Agent, Lisa develops customized strategies to meet her client’s goal of homeownership. She educates buyers on the process, locates properties, negotiates, and manages the process through closing. 

As the president and CEO of RE Driven, Lisa promotes the importance of real estate and business development. She provides marketing strategy consultation, branding and promotion support, as well as project management services both locally and on a regional scale. Her curriculum vitae includes published works and motivational speaking focused on personal and professional development through accountability and ownership.

Lisa believes that education is key to staying on the forefront of an ever changing economy; therefore, she participates in Mastermind events and other educational opportunities to learn and share cutting edge trends in today’s market. A graduate of Leadership Prince George’s, she holds several real estate certifications —Seller Representative Specialist, Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™, Military Relocation Professional and Residential Construction  — and belongs to local, state and national realtors’ groups.  

Lisa was born and raised in Northern Virginia and now lives in Prince George’s County, Maryland. She believes in helping youth and through her donations she has become a Children’s Medical Center “Miracle Agent.”  In addition, Lisa donates to various scholarship funds and humanitarian efforts and is involved with organizations such as Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated (Iota Gamma Omega Chapter)  where she is the Economic Legacy Committee Chairman, The Professional Woman International Speakers Bureau, and former member of Toastmaster’s International. Lisa is also a member of First Baptist Church of Glenarden. Lisa enjoys motivating others to excel, playing golf, billiards, traveling, the arts, and growth opportunities.
